Nature of this application

Lapo is a private, single-user personal automation tool. It is not offered as a public service and is not available for use by anyone other than the authorized owner.

Authorized use

This application is authorized for use exclusively by Evan Ruff for personal task automation. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

No warranties

Lapo is provided as-is for personal convenience. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

The application owner accepts no liability for any errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from automated actions taken by Lapo on the user's behalf. All automated actions are taken at the user's direction and risk.

Third-party services

Lapo interacts with third-party services (Google, Slack, etc.) subject to their own terms. Use of Lapo does not modify or supersede any obligations the user has under those third-party terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
